About Me
I have had the great fortune of working on some truly inspiring projects while networking with many influential and creative individuals along the way. I believe in the power of working together to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. Introduction
I am an American Sign Language Interpreting student at William Woods University in Fulton, MO expecting to graduate with my bachelors in April of 2019. I am a CODA to two deaf parents. ASL is my first language. I decided to become an interpreter because interpreting is something that I feel is part of my identity. My older sister is also an ASL interpreter. It is my aspiration to interpret with emphasis in the medical field. Equal access is a topic of concern that fuels my passion for the Deaf community.
